FHA loans

Aaaargh!! So we had our first FHA loan closing in a long time this past Friday - what a mess. Note to lenders - communication is the key to a succcessful closing.There were so many parties involved and they couldn't talk to each other and sent faxes with no cover sheets and no explanations and fedex packages with no cover letters - it was a mess. It is amazing to me that they don't think to disclose important instructions for funding and just expect that we'll have ESP or something - eeeek!

Hi there - this is my first blog, so lets see how this goes.........recently I have been helping my friend move to her new condo and it got some of my creative juices flowing. She had a birdbath in her back yard that she wanted to take to her ne place but she has no yard at the condo so I suggested she make it a table for her balcony......cool right? So we got a glass top like for those faux table and placed decorative rocks and other little knick knacks in there and it looks awsome! I was also inspired in my own place - I just redid my bedroom a coupl eof months agon but had one wall that I was still deciding what to put there............so on a little shopping trip to Michael's Crafts I got my idea.........on a walk down the scrapbook isle it hit me - scrapbook page paper as art! So I found this cool cut out page with a scoll design that was turquoise and a plain page of silver and put in in a frame and viola instant art and it looks AWSOME!
